Ankous are undead creatures found on the Sepulchre of Death (4th level of the Stronghold of Security), the Stronghold Slayer Cave ( In the middle part ), the Catacombs of Kourend, and The Forgotten Cemetery. This monster is a very popular monster to train on because of its common death and blood rune drops (these drops are members only). The Salve amulet works on this monster. They are assigned by Vannaka, Nieve/Steve and Duradel.
Locations
- The fourth level in the Stronghold of Security. There is a safe-spot in the southernmost room if you stand behind the skeletons on the floor in the south east corner. This is the room which spawns both Ankous and Skeletons.
