|I wouldn't want to eat his Porridge.|
Callisto is an enormous bear that resides south of the Demonic Ruins, and is notable for being the only monster to drop the Tyrannical ring. When fighting him, Protect from Melee is recommended, along with standing within melee distance due to his powerful special attack, which cannot be avoided, and can deal up to 60 damage. The attack is used more frequently if you are standing further away from Callisto. He may also send players flying backwards by sending forth a roar. The knockback does 3 damage every time, and will briefly prevent you from being able to eat food. The knockback has an area of effect, so nearby players will also be sent back along with his current target if they are next to him. Callisto can also heal himself, which is indicated by a red blast that will appear under him; upon his next attack, Callisto will heal a small amount of hitpoints, based on the damage he dealt.
The most convenient way of getting to Callisto is to use the Annakarl teleport tablet, purchased from the Bounty Hunter Store, or 2 law and 2 blood runes to cast Annakarl Teleport, an Ancient Magicks spell requiring level 90 in Magic. However using a waka canoe from Edgeville (requires level 57 Woodcutting and an axe) is also a viable method.
Players who intend on fighting Callisto should only bring items that they do not mind losing.
