Kanel is on the younger end of Gertrude's four children. Kanel can be found with his brother Philop inside Gertrude's house, playing with toys. The two older children, Wilough and Shilop, are found in Varrock Square.
Kanel has no feature or use in-game, but can be spoken to. The resulting conversation consists of Kanel playing and speaking incoherently in baby-talk - and the player trying to understand him.
