The gilded cross is found as part of the Desert Treasure quest when looking for the Diamond of Shadow. It must be stolen from the Desert Bandit Camp where it is found in a very secure chest, which requires players to lockpick it three times in a row successfully in order to be opened. Once obtained, it may be traded with Rasolo for the ring of visibility.
Once the chest has been unlocked, it will remain unlocked. If a player drops or loses the gilded cross before they give it to Rasolo, another can be obtained by searching the chest again.
