Law rune detail

The law rune is the base rune for all telekinetic spells; including all teleportation spells and Telekinetic Grab. For non-members, the main source of law runes is from monster drops, as most monsters that drop runes may occasionally drop law runes. For members, they may be purchased in the Mage Arena and in the Wizards' Guild. They can also be purchased from Ali Morrisane after partial completion of the Rogue Trader miniquest (after completing The Feud quest), and from the magic store on Ape Atoll after obtaining the greegree as part of the Monkey Madness quest.

Crafting law runesEdit

Law runes may be crafted using the Runecrafting skill by players with a level of 54 or more, who have completed the Troll Stronghold quest to obtain the Law talisman. You'll gain 9.5 experience from each rune crafted.

The Law altar is located on Entrana, in the northeastern part of the island. Alternatively, the Abyss can be used to get to the Law altar.

Balloon transport systemEdit

The most common method to craft law runes is by the balloon transport system:

Items requiredEdit

The routeEdit

  1. Add 1 super energy potion and 1 normal log in your inventory. Fill up your pouches and the rest of your inventory with essence.
  2. Run from the Castle Wars bank to the hot air balloon just northeast. Pay the monk the normal logs to let him take you to Entrana.
  3. Run to the Law altar and craft your essence into law runes.
  4. Teleport via the ring of dueling back to Castle Wars and repeat.

Law runningEdit

Main article: Law running

For those who cannot craft their own runes, law running can be a very effective way to get law runes. In law running, a player travels back and forth from a bank to the Law altar in Entrana, supplying runecrafters with unnoted pure essence in exchange for law runes, noted essence, or both.
