The Mounted emblem is built in the Achievement Gallery of a player-owned house as a place where players can show off that they've earned a tier 10 mysterious emblem. The display can be admired, making the player perform the same animation as praying at an altar.
The emblem cannot be reclaimed if the mounted display is removed.
