The Prince tunic is given along with the Prince leggings from Thessalia in the Fancy Clothes Store. It is obtained when a player is given the Kiss the frog random event. When a player completes it, they are rewarded with a Frog token. This token can be cashed in for either a Frog mask or a Prince outfit, containing both the Prince tunic and Prince leggings.
