|Queen of the Scorpions.|
For the elite clue scroll from Mandrith, there are a total of 28 scorpions inside the pit.
Once killed, she will respawn in ten seconds.
Scorpia posseses a powerful poison that can damage up to 20. She will summon her offspring which uses ranged. An efficient and effective way that players can kill her is by using ice spells from the Ancient Magicks spellbook and Protect from Missiles so as to take no damage at all whilst fighting her. The Zamorak godsword's special attack can also be used, but it can miss and results in the player having to take several melee hits in order to freeze her. Alternatively, a player can exit and enter her cave from the crevices north and south of her room, as she will lose aggression when the player leaves her cave, although this is only recommended if the player runs out of binds and the guardians gone.
When she is below 100 health, after the next time she takes damage, she will summon two guardians which will continuously heal her until killed. Once these are killed, they cannot respawn. If kept away from Scorpia for 15 seconds, they will despawn. It is also possible to freeze them, then lure Scorpia away to continue killing her.
Unlike most bosses, Scorpia is prone to the full effects of venom. In addition, the two guardians which will heal her only have a one-time spawn each kill; if they manage to heal Scorpia completely but then disappear due to being kept away from her, they will not reappear again when she reaches half health or below, unlike Tz-Tok Jad's healers.
