Super strength potions are made by mixing Kwuarm and then limpwurt root in a vial of water, giving 125 Herblore experience. It requires level 55 Herblore to make. Super strength potions are popular for player killing, boss monster fights such as the Giant Mole, slayer or just general melee training. For regular training however, the dragon battleaxe special would be preferable since it provides similar boosts and is much cheaper in the long run.
Using a super strength potion temporarily raises the player's Strength level by 5-19 (5 + 15% of Strength level, rounded down).
