The white med helm is a type of White Knight helmet. To wear a white medium helmet the player must have completed the Wanted! quest and have at least 10 Defence. To obtain a white medium helmet, a player can either buy one from Sir Vyvin (with the Page ranking - see White Knights) or trade with another player. It has roughly the same bonuses as a black med helm.
As with all White armour, players cannot make this using the Smithing skill.
