Varrock Diary's discount perkEdit
Buying battlestaves with the perk is considered as a decent money maker as you can buy them instantly and sell them relatively quickly on the Grand exchange to players who want to train crafting by making specific elemental battlestaves. You can also choose not to sell them and use them to train crafting yourself which is especially useful for Ironmen. Most players aim to complete either the hard or elite tasks of the Varrock Diary in order to maximise their profit as the amount of collectible daily battlestaves increases with each set of tasks completed. The table below shows the corresponding number of buyable battlestaves for each of the difficulties of the diary.
Note: As with every other achievement diary, each set tasks need to be completed consecutively in order to gain access to the higher tier rewards.
